Your new companyRenowned Education and membership organisation require an interim HRBP to join their team based in Edinburgh.Your new roleThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a key role in driving HR transformation, ensuring that HR is fully aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives and values.You will act as a trusted advisor, and will support senior leaders and managers in all aspects of people management, workforce planning, and organisational development, enabling a high-performing, engaged workforce.Key areas of this role will include, Strategic HR partnering, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, HR Policy, L&D and HR Data Analytics. What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will contribute to the development of a modern, business-aligned HR function that enhances employee experience and organisational effectiveness.To be considered for this role, you will have worked as a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP in a similar role, and be skilled at working with management, offering advice on any people challenges. Ideally, you will be CIPD level 7 or working towards this with strong HR generalist experience and employment law knowledge.What you'll get in returnThis position offers a competitive daily or hourly rate, and hybrid working with great flexibility.
