What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar role, and have demonstrated expertise within employee relations and union partnerships. It is a requirement to have substantial generalist HR knowledge and experience, including terms and conditions of employment, employment law and best practice.
