This organisation provides affordable housing, property management, regeneration, support and advice to a range of communities.Your new roleThe HR Business Partner is responsible for business partnering, managing a team of HR Advisors and providing generalist HR expertise to senior leaders and management teams as required. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar role, and have demonstrated expertise within employee relations and union partnerships. It is a requirement to have substantial generalist HR knowledge and experience, including terms and conditions of employment, employment law and best practice.
