1st Line Desktop Support

Salary: £24k - £28K

Location: Edinburgh - Morrison Street. 5 days onsite.

What you will be doing

  • An ambitious, sustainable and established law firm is seeking a 1st Line Onsite IT Service Desk Technician who would be to provide technical support to all users of the firms IT systems.
  • As the first point of call, you will be recording, monitoring, diagnosing, resolving and escalating any technical problems which arise.
  • You will also be involved in the IT installation and deployment service and provide instructions on how to use this technology effectively and effectively.

Required skills

  • Windows Server Operating systems.
  • Office 365.
  • Active Dictionary.
  • Intune.
  • A high degree of technical competence.
  • Impeccable inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • An IT qualification or previous IT experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Qualifications or experience in ITIL Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, iManage and Aderant.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be available for interviews between the 23rd - 27th of September and specifically on either the 30th September or 1st of October.
