Main Duties:
- Supporting their growing base of small-to-medium clients
- Working on exciting projects
- Working on the fast-paced, buzzing ServiceDesk
- Ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothly
Tech Stack:
- Strong hardware skills
- Virtual Servers - Hyper-V/VMWare
- Networking
- Routers/Switches
- Strong 2nd Line IT knowledge
