Application Support Analyst
Edinburgh Hybrid (2 days per week)
Salary up to £47,000 DOE
Role Overview:
Are you a driven Application Support Analyst looking for a new role in which you can work both autonomously and collaboratively with the rest of the organisation? You will work in a flat structured, fast paced environment where everyone's efforts are recognised and rewarded.
Key Requirements:
- Recent experience in application management.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver user training.
- Experience in systems integration and testing.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements to software applications.
- ITIL v3 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification is desirable.
- Extra brownie points for: Microsoft Dynamics experience
