Role Overview:

As a Service Desk Coordinator working with one of Scotland's leading service providers, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming support tickets. Your key responsibility will be to perform initial reviews, assess the urgency of each issue, and direct tickets to the appropriate team or engineer for resolution.

This role is for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and providing a great service to clients. You will constantly be able to develop and have access to great training resources.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand complex issues and how they impact both systems and end users.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on root cause analysis and conducting ticket reviews to ensure effective solutions are delivered to clients.
  • Proficient working with a Microsoft tech stack
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
