Description
- Lead the development and implementation of global threat and vulnerability management strategies.
- Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security measures align with company objectives.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate security strategies and updates.
- Develop and implement security training programs for staff.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's security posture.
Profile
Coming from a similar role, preferably from a finance or consultancy background, you'll bring the following skills & experience:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
- A proven track record in managing threat and vulnerability in a large organisation, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, infrastructure and network security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrable track record of people management.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
