iMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting company in Edinburgh for a Finance Systems Specialist on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to drive process improvements, automation, and system continuity. You'll have an analytical and logical mind, and you will be involved in project work, finance transformation, connecting Dynamics with other third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our Power Platforms suite, including Power Automate workflows, ensuring security and compliance with Microsoft updates.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, working across UK and international teams to optimise processes and resolve system challenges.
  • Collaborate with data, security, and infrastructure teams to improve finance systems and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate system updates, testing, and deployments, minimising disruptions to operations.
  • Lead automation initiatives using AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
  • Own data integrity, system maintenance, and audit compliance, including ERP data management.

Skills required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Reporter, Power BI configuration, and Microsoft data infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, SQL scripts, Visual Studio, and virtual environments.
  • Understanding of coding languages, like C#
  • Proactive management of finance systems licensing and vendor relationships.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills for documentation and training.
