Our client are renowned for developing talent and providing a truly fun and collaborative workplace to be part of. Our client are on the lookout for a Field Engineer to join them... so first and foremost, you are going to need to be able to drive and have your own car. This role will see you taking essential equipment and hardware to sites as well as fixing on site problems that require a pair of techy hands. Due to this role involving fit outs and a lot of hardware knowledge, we would expect the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of networking devices (Draytek, Netgear, Ubuquiti), printers, laptops and desktops.As well as the technology skills listed above, a large portion of your work will be spent in front of clients. You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and got the extra mile, so it is important that you are customer focussed and have a can do attitude!  Essentials:
  • Driving License and own car.
  • Experience working with desktops and laptops.
  • Understanding of Office 365 products
  • Background setting up printers and other network devices such as routers and switches.
    • Draytek, Netgear, Ubuquiti
  • Positive Attitude with the ability to think on feet and be customer focussed.
 Due to this role involving travel, the majority of your time will be spent on the road working with customers. If you are not on a job that day you will be expected to come into our clients lovely central offices and do some prep work for your next jobs and configuring devices. Benefits:
