Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line ICT support to staff and students.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the network.
Manage user accounts and permissions within a Microsoft environment.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.
Support project implementation, including network upgrades and software deployments.
Collaborate with ICT teams across the trust, sharing best practices and resources.
Document technical processes and update knowledge bases for internal use.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an ICT technician role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (travel expenses covered).
