On offer is the opportunity for an IT Support technician to join an exciting MSP in Edinburgh city centre with a flexible approach to working. Established in 2016, this small yet established company have international clients and ambitions for continued expansion. This role also has the potential for progression and offers support to allow you to grow and succeed alongside the company.
In the role, the successful IT Support technician will be responsible for updating and maintain ticket systems, working with 3rd party software and hardware providers to quickly resolve any issues the clients may be having, as well as providing some onsite support.
This role would suit an IT Support technician who has experience in a similar role. Be keen to work withing a small but growing MSP and local to Edinburgh City Centre.
The Role
- Update/maintain ticketing system and SLAs
- Effectively manage all tickets assigned to you and escalate more complex tickets to other members of the team
- Respond and resolve any client enquires regarding hardware and software
- Onsite support where required

- Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role.
- Local to Edinburgh City Centre
