IT TechnicianEdinburgh/Hybrid Working£25,000 - £35,000

Main Duties:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure.
Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.
Monitor and ensure IT security and compliance.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Support office equipment, including printers and telephony systems.

Tech Stack:

Windows Server and Active Directory
Office 365 administration
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
Hardware troubleshooting and repair
Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
Software deployment and patch management
