We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Associate to join a well-established professional services firm. This newly created role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing a centralised onboarding function, ensuring a streamlined, compliant, and efficient process for both clients and internal teams.About the Role:As an Onboarding Associate, you will take ownership of key processes, working closely with AML, Data, Legal, and Tax teams to establish best practices for onboarding. You will engage directly with clients to gather and verify information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a smooth and professional onboarding experience. A key aspect of the role will be analysing existing data, identifying gaps, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a structured, centralised onboarding function with clear procedures and best practices.Take ownership of onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.Engage directly with clients to gather, verify, and manage required information in a professional and efficient manner.Analyse onboarding data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to internal teams.Collaborate effectively with AML, Data, Legal, and Tax teams to refine workflows and enhance cross-departmental processes.Drive process improvements, ensuring logical and streamlined approaches to onboarding and data management.

What We're Looking For:Proven experience in client onboarding, compliance, or administration within a professional services environment.Previous experience owning and managing a process, with a track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A logical and analytical thinker, with a keen eye for detail and process optimisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements in process efficiency.Proficiency in IT systems and data management (training on in-house systems will be provided).High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
