Your new role
High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the rest of the Office suite of applications. Experience with hardware issues and Surface Pro. Intune; Azure Multi-Factor Authentication; Citrix Workspace; iPhones; Surface Pro and Docking stations; SharePoint knowledge
