Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Associate Pensions Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support to Lead Consultants, managing a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries, including multinational companies, global retailers, and financial services.

This is a non-regulated corporate pension and employee benefits advisory role, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients, ensuring high-quality service and tailored consultancy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Lead Consultants in managing client accounts and pension schemes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct pension market reviews and assist in scheme implementation.
  • Provide governance support, including meeting arrangements and action tracking.
  • Assist in employee 1:1 sessions and onsite presentations.
  • Prepare pension scheme communications and ensure compliance with Automatic Enrolment duties.
  • Support salary exchange guidance and implementation.
  • Address scheme member queries and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Develop relationships with internal teams and third-party providers for seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare client presentations and assist in financial monitoring and budgeting.
About You
  • Strong technical knowledge of Corporate DC pensions (knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare is a plus; training provided).
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or pensions administration.
  • Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in report writing and presenting.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
