This role offers the chance to work with a large, diverse portfolio for a prestigious government client, ensuring the effective and efficient management of a significant property portfolio.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Deliver strategic advice on property-related events, ensuring compliance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as the liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations across the portfolio.
- Provide insightful reports and contribute to achieving client and organizational targets.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience.
- Have strong knowledge of property legislation and experience in commercial property management.
- Exhibit excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive and commercially minded, always striving for efficiency and client satisfaction.
