Search Consultancy are delighted to be working alongside our health care client based in Edinburgh for a number of Catering Assistant positions for on going work.
Starting ASAP, you'll have a minimum 6 months experience working as a Catering Assistant, ideally within a care home/health care environment, an active and valid PVG is required for this role.
Your duties will include but not limited to...
General cleaning of kitchen area
Basic food preparation
Help chef with food service
Maintain a safe work space ensuring health and hygiene practices are maintained at all times
To be considered for this role...
Minimum 6 months experience working in a similar role
PVG essential due to nature of client
Confident working in a fresh food environment
A positive and collaborative attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills
The ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
