Senior Town Planner
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Edinburgh, UK

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage planning projects, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
·Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
·Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and negotiate with local authorities and stakeholders.
·Stay updated on relevant planning legislation and policy changes.
·Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous development of the planning team.

Requirements:
·Minimum of 3 years of post-chartered experience in town planning.
·Proven experience in handling commercial projects.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Full membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
