Key Responsibilities:

Provide planning advice and support across a variety of development projects.
Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
Undertake site assessments, planning policy reviews, and development appraisals.
Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and strategies.

Key Requirements:

A relevant degree in Town Planning (or equivalent).
Chartered membership (MRTPI) or working towards it.
Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the private sector.
A strong understanding of planning legislation, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to planning challenges.
