Qualifications: To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, urban design principles, and sustainable development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
