Description

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance in the field of banking law.
  • Handle diverse transactions across sectors such as technology, media, telecoms, energy, life sciences, healthcare, and hotels. We work with a wide range of clients, including major banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, and technology start-ups, and focus on fintech investments, emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, and multi-jurisdictional deals.
  • Responsibilities include multi-jurisdictional lending, acquisition finance, embedded finance transactions, and advisory work.
  • Stay abreast of changes in banking law and regulation.
  • Contribute to the development of legal strategies and policies.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the company's client base.

Profile

A successful Banking Solicitor should have:

  • Between 2 and 6 years experience in transactional banking law
  • Proven expertise in banking law.
