A leading Finance team is seeking a solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE to join the practice in Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of banking and finance projects, including real estate finance, corporate banking, and specialised areas such as fund financing and bank advisory work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in high-profile banking and finance transactions
- Advise on a variety of legal matters within the finance sector
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service
- Manage and organise project tasks efficiently
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or project work (preferred but not essential)
- Possess a strong academic background
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Be a team player withstrong organisational and project management skills
