The Role
- Work on various financing transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance
- Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating security documents, managing transaction processes, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors
- Opportunities to take on project responsibility and engage in client development
- Supportive and structured environment with clear guidance
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years' PQE in general banking
- Experience managing full transaction lifecycles
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and national teams
