- The team focuses on the drafting, negotiation, co-ordination and execution of general commercial agreements, investment management agreements, investment guidelines or criteria, and related documentation for new clients and existing clients.
- Assist with driving the contact process from initial drafting through negotiation to completion;
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Legal Team, Risk and other stakeholders across the business to become a trusted advisor;
- Advise on Investment Management agreements
- You will help manage expectations when negotiating agreements and make amendments to mitigate risk to the business
- The sales team will also require ad-hoc assistance with contract queries from you
- Ideally Newly Qualified-4PQE Lawyer (with commercial contracts, corporate or banking/transactional seat) Senior paralegal would potentially be considered.
- Some experience or exposure to financial services with negotiating and drafting experience is a real plus
- Interest in the banking / asset management industry
