On behalf of my client, a leading Scottish firm, I am recruiting an NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor to join their Real Estate division in Edinburgh. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the firm’s largest departments, offering exposure to top-tier work that distinguishes them in the market.The role involves working on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including:

Landlord and tenant matters (leasing and lease management)
Investment acquisitions and sales
Commercial development projects
Housebuilder development work

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist senior team members in managing, progressing, and completing real estate transactions for a variety of clients, including local entrepreneurs and international blue-chip investors.The position offers the chance to work on some of the largest real estate deals in the market, with high-profile clients, providing a platform to showcase legal expertise and make a significant impact in the industry.Key requirements:

Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE
