I am working with one of Scotland's leading Commercial Property teams at a prestigious UK Top 100 law firm to recruit talented solicitors. This highly respected team operates across all key sectors of the Scottish economy, including commercial and residential development, investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and industrial sectors.As part of the team, you'll engage in a broad range of commercial property transactions, from purchases and sales to lease management, investment, development, portfolio management, and funding. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and proactive lawyers to gain direct client exposure, participate in business development, and receive the support needed to advance their careers.Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property law.
  • Proven track record of handling property transactions, including purchases, sales, and lease management.
  • Experience with investment, development, portfolio management, and funding is advantageous.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and handle direct client contact.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of key sectors such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial.
  • Ability to contribute to business development and seize new market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and driven to succeed within a growing team.
