- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property law.
- Proven track record of handling property transactions, including purchases, sales, and lease management.
- Experience with investment, development, portfolio management, and funding is advantageous.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and handle direct client contact.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of key sectors such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial.
