The Role
Reporting to Non-Contentious Construction Partners, you’ll work on:
- Construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts and professional appointments
- Significant engineering projects in the energy sector, such as onshore wind, hydro, solar and tidal/wave initiatives
- You’ll collaborate with a prestigious client base, including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Non-Contentious Construction Law
- Strong drafting, transaction management and client advisory skills
- A proactive approach to business development and mentoring
