Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, this position involves:
- Managing complex construction and engineering disputes for clients in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
- Providing strategic advisory services throughout project stages, from setup to dispute resolution
- Working with a collaborative team to deliver client centred legal solutions
The successful candidate will have:Â
- A strong academic backgroundÂ
- Demonstrated technical skills in construction or engineering dispute resolution
- Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client interactions
- A proactive, client-focused approach to handling high-stakes disputes
- An interest in infrastructure, energy, and related sectors
- Legal qualifications in Scotland and/or England & Wales
