This international firm, with over 5,000 colleagues in more than 30 countries, offers a full-service approach with deep sector expertise, allowing them to address legal challenges worldwide.About the RoleAs part of the Employment Law team, you will work across a varied caseload ranging from regional to international matters, collaborating with some of the industry’s most respected professionals. This role offers an opportunity to grow a truly global mindset, work on high-stakes projects, and actively contribute to impactful legal solutions in fast-evolving sectors.This team holds a leading reputation worldwide, with over 100 Employment lawyers and more UK-recognized experts than any other firm. Advising a distinguished roster of major employers, the team handles multi-jurisdictional projects and high-profile cases in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court. Additionally, they work closely with government bodies to shape legislation that aligns with clients’ commercial needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Partners and the wider team to manage complex employment law matters.
  • Advise major organizations across diverse sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.
  • Lead and supervise junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
  • Deliver top-tier client care by providing creative, high-quality solutions in complex, high-profile employment cases.
  • Tackle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing demands effectively and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:
  • 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Employment Law.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Experience working within a national team and managing international stakeholders.
  • The flexibility to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional service, especially in high-profile matters.
  • Excellent IT skills for delivering innovative solutions, as well as experience in designing and delivering training.
