Additionally, they work closely with government bodies to shape legislation that aligns with clients’ commercial needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Partners and the wider team to manage complex employment law matters.
- Advise major organizations across diverse sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.
- Lead and supervise junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
- Deliver top-tier client care by providing creative, high-quality solutions in complex, high-profile employment cases.
- Tackle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing demands effectively and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Employment Law.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Experience working within a national team and managing international stakeholders.
- The flexibility to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional service, especially in high-profile matters.
- Excellent IT skills for delivering innovative solutions, as well as experience in designing and delivering training.
