Employment Practice Development Lawyer – 5 years+

Are you an experienced employment lawyer with a talent for simplifying complex legal concepts? This is your chance to shape industry-leading resources as a Practice Development Lawyer in a flexible, part-time role (3 days per week).

The Role

You’ll lead content creation for an innovative HR and employment law platform, crafting user-friendly guides, templates and articles. Collaborating with legal teams, you’ll ensure content is practical, accurate, and up to date. You'll also explore new technologies and AI to enhance the platform's accessibility and value.

Additionally, you’ll support internal teams with research, training materials and drafting styles, while contributing to marketing and subscription growth efforts.

About You

  • Experience: 5 years'+ PQE in employment law with practical expertise
  • Skills: Exceptional writing skills, with a knack for translating complex legal topics into clear, concise content
  • Innovation: Proactive and tech-savvy, ready to embrace digital tools and trends
