My excellent and specialist client is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to join their busy and expanding firm. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to establish themselves in the field of Employment Law, and their small team of highly experienced solicitors provides an exceptional environment for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least one seat of experience in Employment Law (claimant or respondent side). 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide legal advice to a range of clients on various aspects of Employment Law.
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other legal settings.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to HR and employment matters.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of legal updates and changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, NQ - 3 years PQE.
  • At least one seat of experience in Employment Law.
  • Good understanding of Employment, HR, and Litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
