?? Advising clients on strategic employment law matters, including executive disputes, workforce restructuring, whistleblowing claims, and cross-border employment issues?? Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation, ensuring high-quality legal and commercial advice?? Supporting M&A and outsourcing transactions, advising on TUPE, employee transfers, and change management exercises?? Collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless global employment law solutions?? Developing strong client relationships, contributing to business development, and helping to drive the firm's continued success

Profile

?? A solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-7 years' PQE in employment law within a commercial practice?? Experienced in employment tribunal litigation, executive/board-level matters, restrictive covenants, and corporate advisory work?? Commercially aware, with the ability to provide pragmatic and business-driven legal advice?? A team player with strong communication skills and the ambition to progress in a leading international firm
