Family Law Associate Solicitor (4 years'+)

The Opportunity:

As an Associate in this leading Family Law team, you’ll manage a varied caseload, advising clients on separation, divorce, financial provision, child contact, adoption and guardianship. You'll also have the opportunity to represent clients in Sheriff Court and the Court of Session, handling written and oral advocacy and instructing counsel where needed.

Beyond casework, this role offers scope to mentor Junior Solicitors, contribute to business development and shape the future of the department. With strong cross-departmental collaboration and an established client base, you'll be part of a firm that values growth, teamwork and professional excellence.
