A reputable law firm is looking for an experienced lawyer with 4+ years' PQE to join its Regulation, Insurance & Funds team as a Practice Development Lawyer.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in insurance law, distribution, regulation, or policy wording. Applicants with experience from law firms, regulatory bodies, or in-house roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:The Practice Development Lawyer will play a key role in the RIF PDL team, providing guidance and training to support internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs for internal and external audiences
  • Creating content such as articles and client updates to enhance market presence
  • Keeping clients informed about regulatory changes and trends
  • Managing technical resources, including legal precedents and guidance notes
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions for client
  • Collaborating with the firm’s international network on client-focused initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in insurance law or regulation
  • A proactive approach to building client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Good time management skills for timely delivery of projects
