Description

• Drafting, implementing, and maintaining intercompany agreements for multinational groups

• Advising on international legal aspects of cross-border corporate structures, including group reorganisations

• Collaborating with international tax and transfer pricing professionals on compliance matters

• Providing corporate governance advice, including directors' duties and shareholder resolutions

• Supporting legal aspects of debt simplifications and other restructuring projects

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in corporate/commercial law

• Skilled in contract drafting, able to tailor agreements independently

• Knowledgeable in corporate law aspects of group reorganisations

• Familiar with corporate governance, including board and shareholder resolutions

• Exposure to cross-border transactions, M&A, or IP agreements is a plus

• Awareness of transfer pricing and international tax beneficial (training provided)

Job Offer

• Salary from £85,000+ depending on experience
