A reputable full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its dynamic Land & Rural Business team in Edinburgh.

This role offers you the opportunity to work on a wide range of rural property matters, including:

• Managing rural property transactions, including farms, estates and forestry
• Advising on rural developments, including renewables, housing and telecoms
• Providing guidance on agricultural leases, crofting and historical property matters
• Building strong relationships with estate landowners and utility companies

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the purchase and sale of rural properties
• Advise on agricultural holdings and crofting issues
• Support estate landowners with title queries, boundary and access issues
• Engage in the firm’s marketing activities, such as writing articles and attending events
