Description
- Manage a caseload of property damage claims including the pursuit and defence of commercial and domestic public liability claims, contractual disputes, fire and water damage claims, and coverage disputes.
- The work is varied and dynamic, involving incidents like floods, explosions, fires, product liability issues, and more.
- Coordinate with other legal professionals to ensure successful case resolution
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal regulations
- Contribute to business development initiatives
Profile
A successful Litigation Solicitor, Property Damage, should have:
- Experience managing your own caseload of complex litigation matters
- Ideally experience handling large loss claims, including court appearances and instructing Counsel in high-value Commercial Court actions and Arbitrations.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
