Work with top clients on non-contentious construction projects, engaging in diverse areas such as commercial buildings, engineering, energy, infrastructure, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and advise on construction documents, including consultant appointments, warranties, and development contracts
- Support a variety of sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
- Assist in pitching for new work and managing client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in construction law with a non-contentious focus
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a drive to develop professionally
- Strong drafting skills and practical legal advice
- Efficient diary and task management
- Resilience and a positive attitude under pressure
