- Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, primarily disease matters.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients.
- Representing clients in court or in negotiations.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents.
- Developing case strategies tailored to clients' needs.
- Keeping clients informed about case developments.
- Conducting legal research to support cases.
- Maintaining the highest ethical standards while representing clients.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
- NQ to 2 years PQE in personal injury claims
- Strong knowledge of personal injury
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and report writing skills.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
