Description
- Manage a caseload of litigated Personal Injury RTA claims.
- Conduct client interviews to assess the validity of claims and identify any areas of liability.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party insurers.
- Ensure all client care correspondence and instructions are accurately recorded.
- Adhere to all regulations and guidelines of the industry.
- Keep updated with changes in legislation, case law, and industry practices.
- Prepare and deliver case reports to the team manager regularly.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE should have:
- Experience in handling personal injury claims.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation.
