Description
- Managing a caseload of wills, executries, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and trusts.
- Handling complex estate administration and succession planning.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development initiatives and growing the firm's private client practice.
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years PQE in private client law.
- Experienced in drafting wills, administering estates, and advising on tax planning.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong in client relationship management and communication skills.
- A STEP qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage.
