Description
- Advising individuals and families on wills, executries, and trusts.
- Handling inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
- Drafting complex wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
- Managing estate administration and overseeing trust structures.
- Staying up to date with legislative changes to provide the best legal advice
Profile
- A solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
- Experienced in wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning.
- STEP-qualified or working towards the qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Client-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Job Offer
