Description

  • Playing a key role in high-value clean energy transactions, advising developers, investors, and funders.

  • Managing real estate aspects of cutting-edge renewable projects, from offshore wind farms to solar energy and battery storage.

  • Taking charge of transactions from start to finish-drafting documents, negotiating deals, and handling completions.

  • Working within a highly regarded, growing team that values collaboration and career development.

  • Engaging with clients regularly, building strong professional relationships in the fast-growing renewables sector.

Profile

  • A solicitor or equivalent with NQ-4 years' PQE in commercial property law.

  • Qualified in Scots Law and English Law (or willing to qualify in English Law).

  • A strong communicator and problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Enthusiastic about clean energy and the legal challenges within the sector-prior experience in energy transactions is desirable but not essential.
