Description
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of property-related matters
- Draft and review legal documentation related to property transactions
- Negotiate property and lease agreements
- Conduct research on legal issues and keep up to date with changes in legislation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Contribute to the firm's business development activities
Profile
A successful 'Real Estate Solicitor' should have:
- Qualification as a solicitor in Scotland & or England & Wales
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and property transactions
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Experience gained at a leading commercial firm / boutique practice
