Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-4)

A leading team is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its collaborative and supportive Edinburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial property matters and gain hands-on experience with high-quality clients.

The role involves a varied mix of work including:

  • Property investment transactions – sales, purchases and commercial leasing (primarily landlord-side)
  • Property finance – predominantly lender-side, with some borrower work
  • Leasing for a range of tenant occupiers

You will ideally have some experience in property law and demonstrate confidence handling transactions from end to end. A proactive approach, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage deadlines are key.

The team offers an encouraging environment with exposure to a broad range of real estate work, including opportunities to support matters relating to the energy sector.
