Description
- Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Handling purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity with minimal supervision
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic legal team
Profile
- A solicitor with 3+ years experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident in handling a varied caseload independently
- Knowledgeable in Scottish property law and conveyancing best practices
- A strong communicator with excellent client management skills
Job Offer
