Land & Rural Property Senior Solicitor/Associate (5 years'+)
A highly reputable firm in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its Land & Rural team on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle rural title registration for farms and estates, as well as non-transactional trust and executry conveyancing
- Coordinate registration projects across the Land & Rural team
- Support colleagues with transactional work as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to financial policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' PQE with experience in a similar role
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a commercial focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
