In this role, you’ll support the Banking & Finance team, advising clients on real estate finance and banking transactions. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing real estate finance documents, examining titles, drafting security documents, and managing post-settlement administration. You’ll also assist partners and other fee earners in delivering a client-focused service, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Scottish legal qualification with 3–5 years of PQE in real estate or real estate finance. You should have experience handling real estate finance transactions, including title examination, due diligence, and associated legal matters. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
