Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the team by supervising and mentoring Legal Assistants and Trainees, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the department.My client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Scotland and experience managing litigated personal injury cases.
