Description
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance in the engineering & manufacturing department.
- Implement and manage quality control systems designed to ensure the continuous production of advanced services.
- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Develop process improvement strategies, based on statistical analysis and factual data, to improve the property portfolio.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage risk assessment within the company.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a quality management role.
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and products effectively.
- In depth knowledge of quality principles and practises,
- Engineering knowledge - ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOM etc.
- Ideally a good working knowledge of electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes.
